A "real SM" does not violate national policy by substituting his own
prejudices for national advancement guidelines. Step on his toes. Sometimes
pain is necessary to get one's attention.

While you're at it, boot the District advancement group in the collective
seat of their pants as well.
I am fed to the teeth with people who want to make up their own rules and
ignore national policy on advancement. Tell them to found their own
movement.
