The pudding recipe reminds me of ice cream we made at our Kitchen Chemistry
pack meeting last weekend.
Going from memory here.... the recipe was:
Put 1/2 cup milk, 1 1/2 T (tablespoons) sugar, 1/4 tsp of vanilla in a
small ziploc bag (ones that wont leak, not the cheapo ones that arent
really watertight).
Put a bunch of ice (thats the technical term<g>) and 6 T (more or less, we
used less) of salt in a gallon ziploc bag.
Put the little milk/sugar bag inside the bag with the ice.
Seal the big bag.
Have the scout shake the bag for 5 min.
Eat. Its actually quite good.
We had an assembly line of parents with bags, measuring cups, milk etc and
the scouts tooled thru the line and started shaking after assembling the
'kit'. Went over real well.
