Last Minute Eagles (update)

I am thankful for all the help that has come in so far. I just wanted to
let you know that our SM has the idea the every eagle scout must serve
as the SPL. There have been a lot of responses saying that he could hold
another position. I just wanted to clear the air as to "why SPL?" If
there is any more information you have now based on this I would love to
hear it. ALSO, does anyone have an "electronic copy" of the
Scoutmaster's Handbook? If they do could the please send it to me. I
would like to do some research on some of the information that you have
given me.
