Please read the above again. Now one more time.
CONGRESS is restricted by this. It has no effect on any
individual or other organization. This is why BSA is not
violating the constitution by it's refusal to admit atheists,
agnostics, or other faiths, or by refusing to grant charters
to groups such as wiccans, devil worshipers, followers of
baal, etc.
BSA is also free to say "NO RELIGIOUS SYMBOLS ON CSPS". BSA
can set its rules to be whatever they want.

I don't see how forcing someone to wear a symbol of a religion
not their own is "restricting the religious freedom of the
majority." The majority is free to practice their religion as
they see fit. The minority should also be allowed this =
freedom. =

Above all? I thought that ALL of the points of the scout law
are equally important, none above the other.
