Mary, the good news is that you're not supposed to pay for Roundtables
yourself. Unfortunately, the bad news is that Roundtables usually don't
have budgets, because there's no source of funding from the District
Committee or from the District Commissioner.
You do have a few options:
1. Find a company willing to donate the copying services, possibly in
exchange for some publicity.
2. Find someone willing to pay for the copying, or maybe get their
employer to let them do it at work.
3. Talk to your District Training Chairman. In my Council, Roundtables
are considered training events, and the Training Committee can spend
some of its money on training materials to be used there.
4. Ask the participants for donations (the last resort!).
