I don't know what the requirements are so this may not be an option
under the "no more, no less" rule.
Test them both at the same time. How, you may ask, can we do this if we
don't speak Spanish? Simple, give the youth a short paragraph of
English
text. He must read it in Spanish to the adult, who must then translate
it back to English. As soon as you are satisfied, award them the strip
and make them the official testers for the future.
