and how did this scout become a Life Scout if he was so inactive?
A lot of scouts go thru a stage of inactivitity, but with the
right encouragement, assistance and recognition this scout could
become active again. Remember he will not be in track for a while
during recovery. This would be a great time to encourage him to be
active and continue toward EAGLE. Also, reguardless of whether this
young man is active as a scout or not he is still a HERO!
