You might call the BSA's Editorial Division and ask them if they have a
version of the text in either audio or braille format. Many of the BSA's
main literature pieces are available in either or both formats.
Additionally, perhaps a local chapter of the Association for the Blind might
already have a version of the Cub Scout Leader Book in a format that your
fellow Scouter can read.
