In my Troop's case, it is not. Since our election there have been only
two opportunities for public Call-out ceremonies, both scheduled on too
short a fuze for the two youths elected and one adult nominated by the
Troop to attend. They have missed one Ordeal in March and have only the
June and August Ordeals left before their elections are one year old,
and there are no more public Call-outs scheduled.

We have been casting about looking for just such a Troop-level ceremony
to recognize these individuals so that they can attend their Oreal(s).
