Male involvement in Cub Scouts

We do have a couple hold-out dads in our Pack who were in Scouts as youth
but have not come forward t help with Cub Scouts. But as it stands right
now, I am the ONLY female den leader in our Pack. In this part of the
country (or maybe its just our school), it is implicitly expected that
moms and dads volunteer lots of time to the school; perhaps that makes it
harder to have the same expecation for scouts.
