Sportsand/or Fitness Pins

Hello All,
I'm a bit confused here even after reading the archived threads. I am
aware of what a sports pin is and what it requires. What I don't
understand is what the fitness pin is and what it requires. Can a boy
earn both at the same time, applying the time spent in points for a
sports pin to the fitness pin?
