Hmm. Interesting. I didn't know that this had become policy.

I see one major hole in this policy and that is the Flag of the United
Kingdom. I believe that several councils have CSPs that include a numbe
of flags indicating countries that controlled the area around their
councils. The Flag of the United Kingdom contains three crosses
representing three saints which are patron saints to three of the four
countries inside the UK (George for England,Andrew for Scotland and
Patrick for Ireland.) This would also apply to those with the
pre-revolution flag sometimes used here which had the Union Jack in the
Upper right corner.
To link with a completely different older topic, is the Cross in the
Confederate battle flag representative of Xtianity?
