Cub Scout Leader book for visually impaired?

Does anyone know where I might find the Cub Scout Leader Book in a format
suitable for a visually impaired leader? (audio, braille, ASCII text,
etc)
One of our local cub packs has a leader that is visually impaired, and we
are trying to find a copy that he can use.
