<< I would like to ask
others out there is anyone else has similar feelings that training may have
been cut too far back or whether most feel the skimpier syllabus is needed
in response to less time available. Are there other districts out there
that offer expanded/ enhanced courses? Is anyone successfully offering the
Quarterly training sessions as supported by National as RT sessions or as
separate offerings? >>

I also feel that the syllabus has been cut back too far. We use the new
syllabus, but beef it up with songs, skits, and games with discussions on
their importance and how to do them. We add a CM breakout session when we
have new CMs in the class. We have not really tried the quarterly training
sessions, but may begin next year.
