We've gone back and forth a couple of times. We've finally settled on deducting mileage from all non-local trips at whatever seems to be the rate most people are seeing in their workplaces. If it's more than the fee for the camp, the riders chip in. Sort of like bus fare to get to camp. We think the leaders should have to pay for their fun, but not be out all the fuel and wear and tear on their vehicles to get everyone else's kids to camp.
