Re: Who Draws the Line?

I've not been following this string of messages, but I know someone who's
sister got kicked out of an Explorer post for selling (or giving) tobacco
products to youth....for an ASM to do so is absurd, and should not be
tolerated, if nothing else works, contact the District Executive, or
better yet, the Scout Executive...just my comments..
