The intent is for a boy to only hold one position at a time.
Therefore, there is no provision for more than one position
patch.
My suggestion is that he choose the den chief position, and give
up the position of PL so that another youth can practice his
leadership skills.
If he is going to continue to serve in both roles, how about
using safety pins to pin the Den Chief patch over the PL patch?
