Ed's Survey

The question I have about Ed's survey is
that I thought that most Scouters were
volunteer employees of the charter partners.
As such, we follow the policies the charter
partners agree to. If you really want to ask
someone who has a say about the policies
my unit abides to
you should ask the opinion of the charter
partner. Right?
