I am a TCC and have had some problems with behaviors of ASM at camp and
at meetings. ....thank goodness I have a good supportive COR and we can
discuss concerns like this and then decide which of us will approach the
SM about our concerns............and that is where I would
start..........then I would talk to someone at the District and /or
Council level to get some help....it sounds like your Pack is having lots
of trouble and needs some professional assistance or
guidance............also the SM or in your case CM should be responsible
for his ASM's especially at events like your Camporee...........find out
what he intends to do to prevent this typoe of episode from happening
again...

Bev
