First off, sure, please e-mail those to me.

Second, regarding membership statistics/figures (or said differently,
regarding the population we serve) -- I doubt that any changes we make
will have a long-term significant effect on the NUMBERS.

Every organization I belong to, from my Church right on down to our
Troop, has been losing membership over the past decade. It has nothing
to do with the group, it is societal. IMO.
