Some activities that we have engaaged in are as follows:

Sell smoked turkeys (Xmas&Thanksgiving); smoked hams (Easter& Xmas) at
$25 each. Local supporter does the smoking. Nets c$15 per item for
Council.

Distinguished Citizen Dionner @$50 per plate. Try to do one per year
and if you are lucky & can get the right people to consent to being
honored can get 2. Probably nets c$30-$35 per person.

Golf tournaments - we run 2 per year. Don't recall the net on these.

Popcorn sales - Fall sales usually do well, Spring sales not very
well.

Sell an acre of camp (or some other area). Can only be done
periodically! $100 per acre (ie pure donation).

Various special patches etc. This year is our 50th. anniversary and
we are producing a number of different items to take advantage of that
- OA flap, Council strip, belt buckle, etc. Anyone interested, let me
know & we'd love to sell you some!!!

Donated 2 days of quail shooting on a ranch. Four people per day at
$250 each - if you have a sugar daddy with good shooting area willing
to donate.

Night in the Old West - show in January put on by several local
artists (Cowboy Comic, Western singer, Will Rogers Imitator). $12 per
ticket & sell whatever you can.

These are some of the things we have done in the past several years.
