I guess this brings up a related question. What about Scouts earning Merit
Badges at Camporees out-of-council? We are about to attend the Jersey Shore
(NJ) Council's annual Six Flags Camporee at which Scouts will earn one or two
Merit Badges. Technically, the MB counselors from Jersey Shore Council who
are doing the badges are not registered MB counselors in our Council.
