The Advancement Committee of the Simon Kenton Council after consulting with
National BSA does not recognize any merit badges earned over the internet.
MB counsellors must be registered or recognized by the Advancement
Committee before a Scout can work with them on Merit Badges.
We have posted this to all the units in the Council.
