1st Annual Midwest Dutch Oven Cookoff

Joseph H. Hoepfner (n0fhl@CFU-CYBERNET.NET)
Fri, 10 Apr 1998 07:31:16 -0500

The Wabuha District of Winnebago Council #173 in Cedar Falls Iowa is
sponsoring this cookoff. We have a catagory for registered scouts under
the age of 18. This cookoff will be the weekend of 18-19 Sep 98 at the
Gateway Park in Cedar Falls. You can get information and a registration
form the Wabuha district home page http://home.scout.net/wabuha.

The dishes that will have to be prepared will be a main dish and
dessert.

There are two additional divisions of competition. If you have any
dutch oven enthusiasts who would like to come to Cedar Falls for that
weekend, have them check the entry information. There is a $30.00 per
team entry fee for the event.

More information may be received from Bill Randall the district program
chairman through his email: randallw@cfu-cyernet.net.
