_Good_ boy Scout news

With all the bad news about Boy Scouts recently, I though I
should mention something I heard on the news the other night.
I heard this in a 15 second sound bite in the radio - our local
paper hasn't reported it yet, TTBOMK.
A lady was rescued after breaking her ankle while hiking in
the Superstition Wilderness last weekend. The news blurb said
that her son, a Boy Scout, had splinted the break and done some
other first aid. The rescuers and ER personell are reported
to have said that it was one of the _best_ jobs of field
splinting a broken ankle that they had seen.
Retraction: I lost my AZ geography MB earlier this week. :(
The drowned Scouts and Leader were from Gilbert, which is _not_
in Firebird District. We have so many little towns around here
that it's hard to keep track of them, sometimes. Also, I _heard_
Gilbert - I _thought_ Glendale.
