It has occurred to me that since many Advancement Chairs are, again
inventing or modifying BSA's rules on advancement (repeated retesting on
the Tenderfoot requirement of memorization the Scout Oath and Law) that a
new adult requirement is also necessary. The requirement is that all
adults be able to recite from memory the Methods of Scouting. Secondly
those same adults would also be required to note their application of one
of the Methods on a weekly basis - might put a lot into context.
