I for one, have found that with only a few exceptions, most of the youth fall
asleep by midnight no matter what it seems like.
Or maybe I was just blessed.
I only had a few I had to watch. They would try things like walkie talkies so
they could talk all night from two different tents (although when one stopped
getting answers and realized his voice was coming from the direction of the p-
box I had locked the WT in he sort of gave up and both tents went to sleep.
As a youth we once tried the "up all night" routine. We got lectured during
the night, hassled by adults in the morning, and when it turned out we were
falling asleep during the day sent home. We never tried it again.
Which brings one hint to mind. Two to a tent, they get bored of each other and
go to sleep. But put three or more in a tent together and you may have a
problem.
