What about tyvek? :)

Seriously though.. What do you mean by a 100% synthetic fiber shirt? It
doesn't sound too comfortable to me. Why not a good quality cotton or
cotton/poly blend t-shirt? I have some like this that are very good
quality, comfortable, and have withstood the test of time.
