I would award the mothers pin to both- the bio mom provided the egg, but his
real mom is the one raising him, and it would be a real slight to her to not
get one. If the bio mom has a problem with this, she should not have let him
get away. He has two moms, you get two awards. Besides, I dislike the term
step-mother when she is the one in the trenches with him!
