Jim;
Now youv'e done it. Youv'e challenged the sacred budget. Actually the
place to take your ideas is your council board of directors. Despite
what many professionals seem to think, they serve at the behest of the
board of directors whom the CE is the secretary for and from whom the CE
draws his authority. As the to the insurance "Ploy", I would wager that
all the other councils do the same thing.
