Blue MB cards

Thanks to everyone on the list that replied to my inquiry about council
requirements for submitting blue MB cards. It was almost unanimous,
nobody submits then to their council. What apprears to have been a
REQUIREMENT in our District (notice I did not say Council, since I've
learned several other PA Dutch Districts do not require submission), may
have been a practice of my District BS Advancement Chair predecessor.
Since my storage space is limited... it is time for a change. Blue
cards will stay with the units.
