Hmmm... We've got a few registerred Scouts that exhibit THAT behavior.

The only concern I have about that, is are the insurance issues.
I think it's time to push it, and try to get him signed up. I think he'd
earn his own way if I can just get Mom or Dad to sign the form. I'd
likely be his transportation, and I doubt if his parents would become
involved, but that's not really a big problem.
