Don't know if it's a "craft," but I'm saving the discs to make a giant
solar cooker -- sort of a relector fresnel lens, with each disc angled
to concentrate on a pot. Really, it's a stunt, since the laser-engraved
pits on the CD-ROM's tend to scatter the light and thus waste part of
the solar energy.
