In 1974 Kenner presented the Steve Scout doll that was made in Hong
Kong. It was the Council Annual Dinner Coordinators delight that
year. Made decorations a treat. He is jointed so his right hand
forms the Scout Salute.
I believe Kenner made a Cub Scout doll also. But can't remember
details.
