we do not allow modification of the wheels except that they can be sanded
and the
"flat" that touches the car body can be rounded for less friction. I have
always
recommended that the rear axle be placed as to the rear as possible due
to the
construction of our track.
Another rule we have is no magnets! Fathers were mounting magnets in the
nose
of the car so that the starting gate would propel the car off the finish
line faster.
