Excellent point. Caution is the better part of valor! I originally made
the reference to http://www.filez.com.

Here is information on "warez" from the Ziff-Davis organization (publishers
of most computer magazines including PC Mag, Computer Shopper and
PCComputing as well and many more).

--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Warez (you can pronounce it two ways, as if it were spelled "wares" or
"Juarez" (where I once regained consciousness after a party)) is a
common term used by software "pirates" to describe software from which
they've stripped the copy-protection. The programs are then posted and made
available to the public for downloading on sites around the Internet.

This software is illegal. But if the software companies thought it was hard
to control back in the days of BBSes, the Internet has made controlling
warez trading nigh impossible. It is still illegal, and because almost
everyone who goes looking for warez knows full well it's illegal, there's
room for the FUD factor. FUD stands for Fear, Uncertainty and Doubt.

I am not legally competent (hey, I don't think I said that right). I am
not competent to render a legal opinion on "borrowed" clip-art. User
beware.
