California Supreme Court Case

Jim Lohmann (jlohmann@ADNC.COM)
Mon, 5 Jan 1998 10:11:23 -0800

In case anyone had not heard, here is the "teaser" that came across my
internet news server:

>The California Supreme Court is expected to begin hearing oral arguments
Monday >in two cases by plaintiffs who say the Boy Scouts of America
discriminates against >atheists and gays, in violation of their civil
rights.

I have also heard speculation that these decisions could also affect any
future lawsuits to bring girls into BSA.

YIS,

Jim Lohmann
