I posted the following last night and in less than 12 hours I got my answer.
This list is great.

I am doing the children's moment for Scout Sunday. I want to use the prayer
rock that a chaplain used at Philmont this last summer. My problem is that
I can't find my copy of the poem that he used for the story. I am sure I
can find a prayer that would be appropriate, but I would like to use the one
he used. If someone doesn't have the poem, I will contact Philmont and get
the name and address of the chaplain and contact him.
What he did was take a small rock and put it in a piece of material, tie it
with a ribbon and attach a card to the ribbon with the poem on it. The
story went that you put this prayer rock on your pillow and when you laid
your head on your pillow each night and hit your head on the rock, it
reminded you to say your prayers.

Following is the Prayer. It pretty much tells the story, but each of you I
am sure can come up with a lead in to the poem.
I'm your little prayer rock
and this is what I'll do...
Just put me on your pillow
till the day is through.
Then turn back the covers
and climb into your bed
WHACK! your little prayer rock
will hit you on the head.
Then you will remember
as the day is through
To kneel and say your prayers
as you wanted to.
Then when you are finished
just dump me on the floor
I'll stay there through nighttime
To give you help once more.
When you get up next morning,
CLUNK, I stub your toe
So you will remember your
prayers before you go.
Put me back upon your pillow
when your bed is made,
Your clever little prayer rock
will continue in your aid.
Because your heavenly Father
cares and loves you so
He wants you to remember
to talk to Him, you know.
