This is a kid who got a lot of gear with cigarette ads all over it.
So.... don'tcha have those cute little scissors on your Swiss Army knife??
<VBG> You can remove both sewn-on labels and embroidery with a little time and
patience. Also get a seam-ripper at your local notions dept... easier to get
under the threads and sever 'em.
Spend an afternoon removing all those logos (and have a talk with your Troop
about how companies counted on them for advertising... to whom, kids? why?
and we don't carry advertising on our camping BSA gear)
I'm all for ripping off the cig companies whenever possible (trustworthy takes
an backseat here, I confess)...
