recharter process

Ok, so I'am the kind of guy who just sits back and reads alot of
questions and answers, sorry.

Only now I have a question of the members, we are fixing to recharter
soon, what is the role of the Scoutmaster in this process? Our
Committee Chairman just quit, who should take the ball and run with it?

Sounds a little strange maybe, but when you are a Troop at the end of
the world (Sigonella, Sicily) it isn't so strange, all of our leaders
and Scouts for that matter are 3 or 4 years with the troop before they
transfer and move on.

O, by the way, 9 boys from the Troop finished the 50 mile bike ride
required for the biling MB. Seen part of Sicily they didn't know
existed, me to. Big ataboy to Matt, Mike, Jason, Abraham, Joe, Brandon,
Nick, Ian, and Mike F.

Thanks for the help
