Video Conference

I would like to arrange an Internet video conference for a Cub Scout
Webelo den (Communicator pin activity; FSK region of NCAC). I have been
searching for a CU-SeeMe (Cornell Univ) reflector site, Connectix Video
Phone, or MicroSoft NetMeeting Internet Servers for a BSA user tag
without success. Is there a BSA video conferencing site, or a public
server which is regularly visited by a pack/den? If not, with the
relative cheapness of PC video cameras (under $100 for color), is there
another Cub Scout den with the resources (and interest) to establish an
end-to-end link?. Until 01/1998, I can be reached at my wife's email
