All Merit Badge Counselors within the Troop

There's been a lot of activity on this one, but I'll chime in with yet
another .02. Our troop has MB counselors for all the Eagle-required MBs
that Scouts cannot earn at camp. But, we solve the "familiarity" problem by
recruiting parents whose sons have graduated from the troop, whenever
possible. These folks are usually quite glad to still be able to give
something to scouting, yet the boys get the experience of working with an
adult that they might not know very well.
