There was some "good news" released yesterday by the White House
indicating that a Department of Health and Human Services recent study
showed (for the first time in ten years) a decrease in illegal substance
use by teenagers, especially around the eighth grade level; and that
awareness of the effects of drugs was largely responsible for that
decrease, so maybe something is working right for a change, whether it's
D.A.R.E., or a variety of other factors in combination, it is a good
start.
