I hope someone or two can help this Scout Leader (Scouter)
from the United Kingdom. Although I don't know Steve personally, I
enjoyed the hospitality and fellowship of many British Scouters while
(whilst) I lived in London for three years. Sounds as if he has a
grand plan and I certainly hope the great virtual campfire and
roundtable-that-never -ends can help his Scouts. =20
