Having exchanged posts with Bruce for some time, I must be misreading the
above. It reads, to me at least, as if Bruce were saying that
accurate/inaccurate, right/wrong, should/shouldn't, is/is not, in this
specific case, hinges on whether the candidate's entitlement will be
questioned. In my experience Bruce's reasoning is always sound and goes much
deeper than the above. That doesn't mean we always agree to the dotted "i"
and crossed "t" - just close!
