I have enjoyed all the posts about cooking turkey.
My family (and friends) LOVE the cajun fried turkey method which I
learned at WB. My wife never cooks a turkey in the oven. I have had to
get up early on Thanksgiving morning to cook turkeys for my family and
for my friends to take home for their lunch or dinner.
This is also the quickest way to cook a turkey that I know of. I can
leave the house, go to the store and buy the turkey, and have it on the
table in an hour. I usually cook a 12 lb. turkey about 26 - 30 minutes.
