Hey Ricky:
The World Conservation Award is considered a TEMPORARY AWARD
*still* by the BSA.
Temporary insignia is placed centered on the right pocket below the flap.
It's dimensions cannot exceed the size of the pocket. Only one may be worn
at any one time or suspended from the pocket button at any one time,
according to the guide.
The reference is the 1997-99 BSA Insignia Guide, which is available from
your Council office. It is the last word, seeing how it was released in
JULY of 1997 and sent to each local Council office in AUGUST of 1997.
The Cub Scout insignia is found on page 13.
The Boy Scout insignia is found on page 24.
He or she may *wish* that the insignia deserves to be in the same place as
the World Crest, but it's not.
Hope this helps out.
Settummanque!
