Hello All,
It is my understanding that the service stars are brought forward. In my
son's case, he wears an orange "1" for Tigers, a yellow "4" for his Cub and
Webelos years, and will soon wear a green "1" for his first full year in
Boy Scouts. I have also seen a few of the younger Scouters that have a
rainbow of stars including a blue, but I have never seen any of the older
Scouters wearing them. As a matter of fact, very few of the Scouters I
have seen wear service stars at all.
