Pow Wow Book

Henry Mowry (hmowry@SCV.NET)

Friends,

The Western LA County Council will again make our PW book available to
Scouters nationally. The price is $15, postage paid. Please send me a
personal email and we'll work out the details.

Books will be available in late January; the event itself is 1/24/98.
In addition to the book itself, you'll get copies of my handouts for the
classes I believe I'll be teaching: Pack Pizzazz, Creative Campfires
and Woodcraft.

I haven't seen the entire book yet, but I know there will be all new
sections on Computers, Tigers, Woodcraft and more. Lots o'basic
Scouting information. Our editor has been scouring books collected from
across the country to make sure our book is the best it can be: 100%
high quality. 100% Scouter referenced. 0% plagiarized from copyrighted
sources (a pet peeve of mine!).

Finally, I will again offer to trade my Roundtable handouts with
Scouters across the country. I "publish" 50+ pages each month about the
next month's themes, crafts, games, and other good Cub info. Mailed in
batches of 2-3 months at a time throughout the year. I swore I wouldn't
make this offer again this year ... but then I actually got ahead &
almost have handouts done through March already!

So, if trading is your style, make a personal reply to <hmowry@scv.net>
and I will explain the whole idea at some length.
