I am in agreement with both Ian and Paul's advice. In addition, unless
you or another one of your Scouters is a trained counselor, I'd suggest
finding several in your area and give their names to the parents of
*all* of the boys in your Troop. Your priest/pastor/rabbi could
probably help you on this .

My prayers are with you, your Scouts and the family of this boy.
